Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy in England is seeking a proactive Attendance Assistant to join the Attendance Team. You will promote excellent attendance, reduce persistent absence and ensure every student can access the education they deserve.

You will build positive relationships with students and families, carry out welfare checks, home visits, support first-day responses and work with external agencies to overcome barriers to attendance, while maintaining accurate records.
