Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy is seeking an Attendance Assistant to promote good attendance, reduce persistent absence and support vulnerable pupils and families. You will build positive relationships with families through home visits and welfare checks, identify and remove barriers to school attendance, and act as a key link between the academy and families to ensure every child is safe and able to access education.
