Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy is seeking a dedicated HLTA to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The role focuses on helping pupils access learning while building positive relationships in a high-need environment.
The HLTA will work 37 hours per week during 39 teaching weeks, term-time plus 5 training days, in a dynamic Inclusion Support Unit. A supportive team and strong professional development are offered to help you grow.
