Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy in the Midlands is seeking a Pastoral Lead to support attendance, behaviour and readiness to learn, under the Senior Behaviour & Attendance Support Officer and Head of Year. You will ensure students attend school, are on time, and are supported so they are ready to learn.
You will take the lead in contacting parents about absence, building trust between home and school, and ensure high expectations of behaviour.
