Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy is seeking a dedicated HLTA to support students with SEMH needs and to help them access their learning in a supportive setting. The HLTA will build strong relationships and work as part of the Inclusion Support Unit to ensure pupils’ social and emotional well-being while maintaining a positive learning environment.

The role involves working 37 hours per week across 39 school weeks (term time plus five training days) as part of a committed educational team
