Ormiston Queensmill Academy is currently seeking an exceptional Payroll Officer to join our highly skilled and dedicated team. You will manage all aspects of payroll processing and be based at Ormiston Queensmill and Ormiston Kensington Academy, with support for our satellite units (Sullivan, Fulham Cross and Fulham Academy).

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of payroll processing for employees, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance related to payroll.
  • Assist with internal and external audits supporting payroll processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of pension arrangements and related processes.
