Ormiston Queensmill Academy is currently seeking an exceptional Finance focused Administrative Officer to join our highly skilled and dedicated team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be the first point of contact for finance system queries. You will deliver high quality administrative and operational support to SLT, SBM, Teachers and wider school teams. The role is based at Ormiston Queensmill Academy, but you will provide support to both Ormiston Queensmill Academy and Ormiston Kensington Academy, as well as the satellite provisions (Sullivan, Fulham Cross and Fulham Primary).

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial regulations, GDPR and audit requirements
  • Experience in improving financial procedures and processes
  • Experience raising and processing invoices, purchase orders, expense claims and supplier payments in line with finance procedures
  • Experience of running end of month and end of year finance reports
