Ormiston Meridian Academy in the south of the city is seeking an outstanding leader to become Director of Languages and EAL Faculty. You will lead a thriving team of four French teachers and two EAL support staff, shaping curriculum for KS3 and KS4 and driving teaching development.
You will lead the EAL strategy, manage staff, track data, provide intervention and CPD, and work with parents to raise aspirations.
