Overview

Be part of a team where passion meets purpose. Ormiston Maritime Academy is seeking an inspirational and innovative Vice Principal for Curriculum, Teaching and Learning to join our Leadership Team. The Vice Principal (VP) leads on a significant aspect of the academy under the direction of the Principal, ensuring impact on student achievement, the quality of teaching and learning, provision matched to need, and the necessary support for students to achieve. The VP will develop and deliver the aims of the Academy Development Plan, particularly relating to Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, and will oversee the Quality of Education provision across the Academy, including teaching and learning practice and CPD programmes. The post holder will drive our agenda to secure the best possible personal and academic experience for our students.
