Working Hours: Bank/As & When staff covering shifts 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
About the Role
Ormiston Families, trading as Play Out Nursery, is one of the leading charities working with children, young people, and families in the East of England. We take early and preventative action to support families to be safe, healthy, and resilient.
Responsibilities
- Hands on with children (babies to pre-schoolers), joining in with play, reading stories, singing songs, and being alongside the children in their day‑to‑day activities.
- Developing a relationship with parents and carers, communicating about all aspects of a child’s day in nursery.
- Planning activities for the children in your care and maintaining health and hygiene standards throughout the day.
Qualifications
Passion for looking after and developing children; a full and relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent is required.
