As Deputy Team Manager you will provide line management to Counsellors and CWPs, and assist team managers to meet service needs.
You will represent the partnership at multi-disciplinary meetings, deputise for team managers as required, and guide risk management using a Single Session Thinking approach while driving KPI-aligned improvements.
