We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and efficient administrator to join our academy team as the Principal's PA. This role is a key position; you will be providing the Principal with excellent quality administrative support, overseeing the administrative services at the school and being responsible for supporting school based HR.
You will be a reliable and hard-working team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally with HR experience. The post is offered working 37 hours per week, 44 working weeks per year (term time plus 6 weeks to include personal development days). Experience working within a school environment and using Arbor and HR systems are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
