To succeed as our Pastoral Manager you will be caring and approachable, with a strong commitment to supporting students’ wellbeing and personal development, experienced in providing practical pastoral support to help students overcome emotional, behavioural, or attendance-related challenges and be able to build positive, trusting relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
