The predicted salary is between 47000 - 131056 £ per year.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader, who is ambitious, dedicated and determined to make a difference to students while upholding the highest standards, as an Assistant Principal with responsibility for Behaviour and Attitudes. The successful candidate will have a strong pastoral background, with proven experience of making an impact on data and processes relating to student behaviour and of upholding and continuing to develop a well‑embedded culture of behaviour and attitudes across the academy, so that all students embody the academy expectations of Ready, Responsible, Respectful, Kind and Proud.

You will lead a well‑established team of Year Leaders and Pastoral Managers, offering support, mentoring and advice and guidance where needed, and undertake responsibilities as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. If you have a strong background in behaviour, inclusion or SEND, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • A creative, inspirational and well‑qualified teacher with outstanding behaviour‑management skills and excellent pastoral, inclusion or SEND knowledge.
  • Able to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement across the academy in all areas relating to behaviour and attitudes.
  • Confident in the development and use of systems and data tracking.
  • Able to effectively communicate with students, parents and staff.
  • Keen to make a difference to the education and overall wellbeing of our students.
