Ormiston Bushfield Academy is seeking a Pupil Premium Mentor to support disadvantaged students, help them overcome barriers to learning and engage in school life. The role involves delivering mentoring sessions and administering the mentoring programme, with a focus on building positive relationships and student success.
The position operates Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:00pm and Friday 8:00am–3:30pm, term-time plus one week (39 weeks per year).
