About This Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, smart and motivated individual to the role of Cover Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise whole classes to cover short‑term absence of teachers, and allow teachers to carry out professional duties and training. You will give instructions for the lesson as provided by the teacher and keep students on task whilst maintaining good order and behaviour.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths, English and Science A*-C or equivalent
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting teaching and learning in schools (preferred)
- Commitment, energy and drive to provide positive learning experiences
