About This Role
We are looking for a well-organised, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic individual who will ensure the academy fulfils its duty to students by working with employers and others to inspire young people about the world of work and their future possibilities. This role involves ensuring the academy meets the Gatsby Benchmarks and the National Quality Careers Mark standards, encouraging students to aim high, motivating them in school and beyond, and ensuring they are informed about education, training and career options. The successful candidate will assess students’ current strengths and areas for development and enable them to acquire the skills valued by employers. The role will be varied and busy and ideally suited to an organised and efficient individual with an eye for detail and accuracy, who understands the importance of confidentiality and integrity in the workplace. The successful candidate will possess clear communication skills and the ability to relate well to both students and staff. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our students.
