Vice Principal – Curriculum at Ormiston Bridge Academy will be a key member of the Academy Senior Leadership Team, supporting the Principal in strategic leadership, management and direction for the academy. You will play a central role in driving school improvement, promoting high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, attendance and safeguarding, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all learners.
Working closely with staff, students and families, you will help create an ambitious and inclusive learning environment where every young person is encouraged to achieve their full potential and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for future success. You will have substantial leadership experience in a secondary or PRU environment, up-to-date knowledge of national policy, curriculum developments and statutory framework within which a school and PRU operate. You’ll be passionate about the work you do, provide professional direction and work well as part of a team.
Located in Fulham, Ormiston Bridge Academy serves the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. OBA provides a caring environment based on integrity, mutual respect and understanding. The main provision at Bridge is for secondary learners, but we have primary provision on site, along with a managed intervention centre and outreach service. Our learners are at risk of, or have been excluded from, mainstream settings.
