Required for a September 2026 start. This is a permanent role suitable for someone who is supportive and can challenge students to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills.
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm.
Ormiston Bushfield Academy is located near the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire borders and benefits from strong road and rail links. The academy has expanded with a new £6 million wing opened in September 2018 and a £20.6 million state-of-the-art building completed in September 2012, providing an environment focused on high standards of inclusion. The academy has achieved strong GCSE & A‑Level results in the summer.
