About this role

Here at WOA, we are looking for a strong classroom practitioner in Music to join our experienced and supportive faculty. We believe that whatever your starting point in life should not dictate your future destination, and we look for someone who shares our belief in social mobility and is passionate about instilling a love of music in children.

WOA is a popular, heavily oversubscribed 11–16 mainstream school in Wednesbury with specialised SEND provisions for autistic and deaf/hearing‑impairment students, a dedicated support base for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, and a small bespoke sixth‑form provision for students with EHCPs. Our community focus means we work closely with families, local schools, businesses and community groups, ensuring students are at the heart of all decisions.
