We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and ambitious Teacher of English to join our team of talented and committed staff from May 2026. You may also be wishing to develop your pastoral skills in a Head of Year role. You will be joining a supportive subject team and delivering a well‑resourced curriculum. In 2028 we will be moving into a brand‑new school building.

As a Head of Year you will lead a team of Form Tutors by supporting and developing their roles in student development. You will work alongside our talented pastoral team. The role of the head of year is to inspire and support students to live out our school values of ambition, respect and endeavour in lessons and at all other times. The successful candidate will also be expected to liaise with the Vice Principal, SLT and other Heads of Year and appropriate teaching staff, outside agencies and relevant staff with cross‑academy responsibilities.
