Required for a September 2026 start, we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, highly motivated & enthusiastic Teacher of Boys’ PE to join our dedicated team. We offer outstanding sports facilities, including a double-sided Sports Hall and outdoor facilities that include seven tennis courts.

The successful candidate will play an important part in the continued development of a busy and successful department. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Academy with a strong ethos of teamwork and support, where staff are committed to raising attainment. The Academy has been recognised for its high standards of inclusion.

Ormiston Bushfield Academy is a good school (OFSTED – December 2019), conveniently located close to the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire borders, and benefits from excellent road and rail links. The Academy has expanded with a new £6 million wing opened in September 2018 and a £20.6 million state-of-the-art building completed in September 2012, providing an exciting and inspiring environment. The Academy has achieved strong GCSE & A-Level results in the summer and is recognised for inclusion. Visits are encouraged; informal discussions can be arranged by telephone in the first instance.
