The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.

The Student Behaviour Support and Intervention role requires a resilient and organised colleague who can model expectations, develop excellent relationships with students and help them be reflective on their actions while promoting positive behaviour. The role is part time for 35 hours per week, working over 39 weeks per year (school term time plus 1 week).

As our Behaviour and Intervention Support, you will be overseeing the Supervised Study Room, supervising students and maintaining the learning space, creating a calm, professional and positive environment. You will liaise with teaching staff, the pastoral team, members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and work closely with the Assistant Principal (Behaviour) and the Behaviour Intervention Coordinator to enable students to regulate and work productively, supporting the academy behaviour policy to allow 'disruption free' learning to take place across Ormiston Sudbury Academy.
