At Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy, we are seeking a hardworking and reliable Evening Cleaner to join our dedicated premises team.
Working Weeks: 43 weeks per year (39 weeks school time including inset days and 20 days during school holidays).
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 15:30 β 18:30; Wednesday 14:30 β 17:30. Total: 15 hours per week.
Role Purpose Duties: The successfully appointed Evening Cleaner will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out cleaning tasks throughout the Academy, including deep cleaning during holiday periods
- Maintaining health and safety standards and reporting any concerns
- Handling cleaning chemicals safely and in line with COSHH requirements
- Following all Academy policies and procedures
