Ormiston Latimer Academy seeks a Student Services Manager to take the strategic lead on pastoral support and safeguarding. You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and serve on the Senior Leadership Team, shaping systems to keep students safe and engaged across the academy.
You will work closely with the Principal to lead a team dedicated to safeguarding, attendance and well-being, and build external partnerships to provide additional support as needed.
