Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead to support the Head of Year in ensuring students attend regularly and are punctual, while promoting a culture of readiness to learn. You will manage behaviour and build trust with families across the local community.

The successful candidate will be approachable, well-organised and actively engaged in delivering high-quality pastoral support to staff, students and families, helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
