About This Role

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate who is committed, confident and passionate about supporting young people and helping them to succeed. In this role, you will oversee our reflection room ensuring students have access to a full curriculum while also being able to reflect on their behaviour choices. You will mentor students in our mainstream and internal alternative provision to improve their self‑regulation. They will also be part of our on‑call rota.

OSCA is a welcoming academy which has benefitted from a major rebuild and refurbishment programme. This has created exciting, new and well‑equipped learning spaces. We are becoming increasingly the academy of choice in our community and are full and oversubscribed once again. We are in very close proximity to Birmingham city centre with excellent transport links by car, bus and train; and are just a few minutes from Junction 2 of the M5.
