About This Role
Ormiston Victory is an innovative, positive and ambitious academy seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious Teacher of Music to join our busy Performing Arts Department. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to be part of a successful, friendly and dedicated team committed to ensuring every student achieves their true potential, playing a key role in the co‑ordination and arrangement for all musical activities for students across the academy. The successful applicant will be an outstanding professional who is passionate about their subject and is determined to develop the teaching of music so that students of all abilities enjoy their learning and are motivated to succeed. Our excellent performances have received critical acclaim over many years; we value this curriculum area highly and believe it is critical to ensuring our students can express themselves with confidence and presence.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Has the ability to teach outstanding lessons across the age (11‑18) and ability range.
- Is committed to raising standards of attainment and developing the success of the department.

- Has the ability to teach across the performing arts disciplines at KS3.
