About This Role
Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more. Ormiston Victory Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, specialising in Spanish but able to offer French or German as an additional language. For exceptional candidates with appropriate experience, we will consider the offer of Head of Year with a TLR2.

We Are Looking For a Highly Motivated Individual Who:
- Has a real love for languages, with a special gift of communicating that passion.
- Is dynamic, innovative, self-motivated and able to inspire others.
- Has the ability to teach outstanding and creative lessons across the age and ability range and is willing to develop the delivery of languages to ‘A’ Level standard.
- Is committed to raising standards of attainment and developing the success of the department.
- The ability to teach another subject (Mathematics, Geography, Religious Education) would be beneficial for full time options.
This position would be suitable for either a newly qualified teacher or an experienced teacher. We offer an excellent induction package for all new staff, led by a member of the senior leadership team and supported by personal mentors.
