Ormiston Queensmill Academy are seeking a highly specialist Service Lead Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated, multi-professional team. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in shaping and delivering an outstanding SALT service for autistic children with complex needs. Ormiston Queensmill Academy is a specialist school for children and young people diagnosed with autism, with a particular focus on supporting those with complex needs. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop specialist Speech and Language Therapy services within an outstanding autism-specific school community.
- Shape and deliver an SALT service for autistic children with complex needs.
- Collaborate with a multi-professional team to support pupil wellbeing, communication, and emotional regulation.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, governance, and safeguarding in line with Trust policies.
