Ormiston Latimer Academy and Ormiston Beachcroft Academy are seeking a School Engagement Mentor to lead the Violence Reduction Unit mentoring programme for vulnerable pupils aged 13–16. You will deliver 1:1 and small group mentoring to rebuild confidence, improve attendance and behaviour, and support transitions into further education, training or employment.
