Join a growing, forward‑thinking IT team. Are you an enthusiastic IT professional with a passion for helping people and a knack for problem‑solving? We’re looking for two proactive, customer‑focused IT Technicians to support our staff and students across multiple academy sites in West London. This hands-on role is primarily based at Ormiston Latimer Academy, but flexibility to travel between our London academies is essential.

As an IT Technician, you’ll be a key part of our on‑site technical support team delivering high‑quality first‑line and some second‑line support, while also getting involved in exciting developments as part of our cloud‑first transformation programme.

Responsibilities
  • Providing responsive, approachable support to staff and students
  • Building strong, trusted relationships across each academy
  • Supporting the delivery and management of cloud-first initiatives
  • Offering technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Working with senior staff to ensure technology empowers teaching, learning, and the wider school community

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in providing IT support in a workplace environment.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobiles).
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
  • Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
