Overview

Are you an enthusiastic IT professional with a passion for helping people and a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for two proactive, customer-focused IT Technicians to support staff and students across multiple academy sites in West London. This hands-on role is primarily based at Ormiston Latimer Academy, with flexibility to travel between our London academies essential. You will be a key part of our on-site technical support team delivering high-quality first-line and some second-line support, while also getting involved in exciting developments as part of our cloud-first transformation programme.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, approachable support to staff and students
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across each academy
  • Support the delivery and management of cloud-first initiatives
  • Offer technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Work with senior staff to ensure technology empowers teaching, learning, and the wider school community
  • Contribute to IT support in a workplace environment and assist with troubleshooting across devices

Qualifications

  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobiles)
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory
  • Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
