We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and efficient administrator to join our academy team as the Principal's PA. This key position will provide the Principal with excellent quality administrative support, oversee the administrative services at the school and support school-based HR. You will be a reliable and hard‑working team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally with HR experience.

Working Hours and Conditions: 37 hours per week, 44 working weeks per year (term time plus 6 weeks for personal development days). Experience within a school environment and use of Arbor and HR systems are desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
