About This Role

This position involves managing our school management information system, examinations and student assessment processes, and data administration. The successful candidate will lead the Data and Exams team, providing strategic management support and ensuring compliance with awarding body rules for exam administration. Responsibilities include planning, designing, organizing and monitoring data and whole‑school systems, procedures and policies. The role requires coordination with staff at all levels to synchronize data across web‑based applications and support the timetabling and curriculum processes in partnership with the Senior Leader for Timetable and Curriculum. The candidate will also support the Exams Officer in maintaining examination procedures and enhancing the overall examination experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with school MIS systems, specifically Arbor.
  • Experience in exam management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and staff at all levels.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, diversity and equality in education.

Working Hours & Conditions

Weekly hours: 37 hours for 42 working weeks per year, including 15 days during school holidays. Full‑time position with term‑time and development days.
