About This Role

At Ormiston Latimer Academy, we are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and committed Catering Supervisor to lead the daily delivery of our catering provision. This is a key role within our academy, with responsibility not only for Latimer but also supporting catering services across other London academies and off‑site provisions within our Trust cluster.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Cluster Executive Chef to ensure high standards of food quality, service, food safety and compliance are consistently achieved. You will supervise and support the catering team, organise day‑to‑day kitchen operations, contribute to menu planning, manage stock and ordering, and help drive healthy eating, sustainability and waste‑reduction initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced catering professional who is confident leading a team in a busy environment, takes pride in maintaining excellent standards, and understands the importance of providing nutritious, appealing meals that support students to learn and thrive. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
