About This Role

We are offering the opportunity to join our friendly and dedicated team in our warm and welcoming school. You will be working with a supportive and experienced team who collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds to meet the physical, medical, sensory, and emotional needs of our children.
The role of Care Team Assistant is offered for 22.5 hours per week during 39 working weeks per year (term time plus inset days) for a fixed period of 1 year from 1st September 2025. The working pattern is 10 am – 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Experience working with children with similar needs is preferable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We offer excellent support, ensuring staff receive additional training and opportunities to develop their experience.
Our school caters for children aged 3 to 16 with complex physical, medical, and sensory needs. We have an evolving population of over 100 pupils with increasingly complex needs. Our purpose-built school has an outstanding reputation for personal development and holds inclusion at its core. We were rated Good by Ofsted in November 2021.
