About This Role

We are looking for a strong professional to join our experienced Data and Exams team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain whole academy management information systems to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive support service is provided to the academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead on data analysis, tracking and reporting systems through our school management information system.
  • Support our whole school raising achievement agenda.
  • Line manage the data and exams team.
  • Maintain and synchronise data within the MIS and associated systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support examinations, ensuring all processes and procedures are effectively managed to deliver the best possible student experience.
  • Support the senior leader responsible for timetable and curriculum in setting up, maintaining and updating the academy timetable throughout the year.
  • Work collaboratively with staff across the academy.
  • Remain proactive, organised and highly accurate, working independently in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
