About This Role

Be part of a team where passion meets purpose to support the Senior Leader in overseeing a year group, guiding behaviour and culture, safeguarding and attendance agendas, and ensuring students attend and engage.

Responsibilities include

  • Assuming responsibility for first‑day calling, with a focus on disadvantaged and vulnerable learners.
  • Working alongside the Senior Leader on all matters relating to student attendance and safeguarding.
  • Supporting the behaviour and culture teams to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Providing support and advice to students in line with promoting their social care, personal development, learning and health and safety.
  • Advocating for inclusivity and encouraging students to attend and engage in learning.
