About This Role
We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Administrator to support the Academy’s attendance processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and recording student attendance across the Key Stages, working closely with the Academy Attendance Officer.
Working Pattern
Monday to Thursday 8:00 a. m. – 4:00 p. m. and Friday 8:00 a. m. – 3:30 p. m. (39 working weeks per year).
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
- Experience in Microsoft Programs including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge or experience of Arbor (or a similar MIS) desirable.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
