The Role: You’ll be part of our established Payroll team, delivering a full and comprehensive payroll service to a variety of clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Payroll processing in accordance with weekly, monthly, and annual schedules using Brightpay software, including setting up new schemes
- Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met, keeping high standards of client relationships
- Communicating with clients to collate payroll information and resolving queries efficiently
- Managing communications with HMRC and keeping up to date with payroll legislation
- Supporting colleagues across the wider business with payroll-related matters
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong knowledge of current HMRC payroll legislation and RTI processes
- Experience using Brightpay payroll software
- Ideally experience working within a Payroll Bureau environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Auto Enrolment regulations
- Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) processes
