What’s the Account Manager role all about?
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and strengthen relationships with our existing customers while identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services that deliver value to their organisations. If you thrive on collaboration and driving business growth, this role is perfect for you.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Build strong, trusted relationships with our existing customer base and monitor other market trends
- Identify opportunities to upsell Orlo’s products and services based on customer needs and pain points
- Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and ensure they maximise the value from our platform
- Attend QBR’s with Customer Success Managers to spot opportunities in their accounts
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and exceed growth targets
- Maintain detailed account records in HubSpot tracking interactions and sales opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities and deliver quarterly targets
- Through outbound Business Development, open up new leads in other departments or with other decision-makers

- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within a SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on the public sector
- Proven ability to identify and capitalise on upsell opportunities, delivering measurable growth within an existing customer base
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience tailoring solutions to meet diverse customer needs and objectives
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using HubSpot to track and optimise account performance
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
