As Sales & Operations Coordinator you will support sales growth by providing administrative assistance and owning key aspects of the planning process for the sales team. Partner closely with operations to deliver a seamless end-to-end sales process for wholesale clients, driving efficiency and maximising revenue.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead on wholesale and third-party order book, ensuring timely shipments before designated deadlines/cancel dates and resolving any issues blocking shipment.
- Support the wholesale and third-party department with all shipping related operations, including RAs, chargebacks, EDI, QC issues and any other related activities.
- Communicating order management status, timelines, and needs promptly and efficiently to sales, planning, and allocation teams.
- Processing Purchase Orders and replenishments through Netsuite and Joor.
- Constant update of the PO log, including new POs, updating ship dates, and seasonal order checks. Communicate this log to the field team weekly.
- Act as a liaison between the UK Operations team, the US Sales team, and the client with communication related to short shipments, damaged items, PO extension dates and further related issues.
- Monitoring EDI/order issues as they arise and resolving quickly to allow order fulfilment.
