Full Time (Fixed Term Contract July 2026 - July 2027)
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end production delivery, managing the critical path to ensure on-time launches and target margins. Working closely with global suppliers, you will plan capacity, manage WIP and forecasts, proactively mitigate risk, and ensure accuracy across costings, purchase orders and invoices. Using ERP systems and KPI reporting, you will drive supplier performance across delivery, quality, compliance and sustainability, while providing clear updates to internal stakeholders and supporting the development of the team.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage end-to-end production from development to delivery.
- Track supplier capacity, WIP and forecasts to prevent delays, working towards delivering collections 85% ON TIME for launch.
- Review and approve costings; protect margin accuracy.
- Identify production risks early and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Invoice management against approved costs and PO's, tracking all departmental invoices and ensuring efficient processing for timely payments.
- Manage day-to-day & build relationships with global suppliers, drive performance and accountability.
- Provide clear updates on production status, risks and actions.
