We're recruiting on behalf of a client for a Team Assistant to provide broad administrative and support cover across the business.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone organised, personable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

  • Specific Tasks / Responsibilities
  • Scheduling meetings/calls and diary management
  • Updating Salesforce CRM and other Excel spreadsheets
  • Researching and organising business travel (including finding the best prices for flights and hotels, checking the best location for the traveller, and preparing travel agendas/itineraries)
  • Booking conferences and hotel rooms at conference venues
  • Assisting the IR team with printing and binding presentations
  • Assisting with quarterly mailshots using Mailchimp
  • Booking restaurants
  • Booking taxis and couriers
  • Team expenses
  • Reception duties (answering the phone, greeting visitors, booking and preparing meeting rooms)
  • Required Skills and Personality
  • Computer proficiency: Windows, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
  • Website updates (helpful, not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
