We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing investment firm based in the West End looking for a Team Assistant to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a busy team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel, including itineraries, flights, hotels, and conference bookings
  • Managing team expenses
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with presentations, mailshots, and administrative projects
  • Booking restaurants, taxis, couriers, and meeting facilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential, as well as being flexible, hands‑on, and willing to support across the business.
