This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate in the early stages of their career who is looking to build their experience within a highly reputable and established wealth management firm with the opportunity to progress long term.
The Professional Advisor Services team works predominantly with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), so this is a fast-paced, client relationship-led role where you will need to be organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. There will also be some direct client contact, making up approximately 15% of the role.
The role will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to IFAs
- Acting as a key point of contact for advisers and clients
- Handling telephone queries confidently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate client information and records
- Organising meetings and preparing relevant documentation
- Supporting the wider office with general administration and reception cover when required
I am looking for someone polished, bright, confident, and genuinely happy to roll their sleeves up in a busy team. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years' support/client-facing experience gained in finance or professional services as well as experience using a CRM.
Above all, you will need to be professional and polished, personable, switched-on, and organised, ideally educated to degree level with strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with both advisers and clients.
