I am working with a highly regarded and successful financial services firm looking for a bright, flexible, and proactive EA/PA with circa 4-5 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain exposure supporting at CEO & CFO level. This is not about finding someone who has spent years supporting at C‑Suite level. Instead, we are looking for an impressive, capable EA who has built strong foundations and is now ready for greater responsibility, exposure and progression.
Alongside extensive diary management, international travel, meeting preparation and senior stakeholder liaison, the role offers a broader operational and office management remit, including responsibility for the admin function and involvement in wider business and office projects.
We would particularly love to hear from candidates who have:
- Circa 4 years’ PA/EA experience within Financial Services
- Some wider office management / operations experience
- Flexible to start as soon as possible
- A confident, polished and personable approach
- The maturity to build relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to develop
