This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with strong operational and payroll exposure gained within financial or professional services who is looking for their next step within a supportive, progressive, and team-oriented business.
Location: City of London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: DOE + annual discretionary bonus + competitive benefits
Immediate start preferred (maximum 1-month notice period)
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ solid and relevant HR experience within finance or professional services
- Strong HR generalist background including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
- Experience supporting payroll processes, ideally across international regions
- Analytical mindset with strong MS Excel and HRIS experience (Sage People highly desirable)
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The role will involve:
- Supporting the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
