  • Manage multiple live deals concurrently, ensuring efficient execution across parallel workstreams and timelines.
  • Advise sponsors and fund managers on financing strategy, structuring considerations, lender positioning, and market dynamics.
  • Originate new advisory opportunities through existing relationships and proactive business development activity.

  • Coordinate and oversee the full transaction lifecycle, including lender engagement, negotiation processes, structuring discussions, documentation, and execution.
  • Deliver tailored financing solutions aligned with clients’ strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market conditions, financing alternatives, and capital strategy.
  • Support the continued growth of the advisory platform through market insight, strategic initiatives, and leadership contribution.
  • Mentor junior team members and help foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.
Requirements
  • 10+ years’ experience within fund finance, debt advisory, leveraged finance, or a related advisory environment.
  • Strong track record of advising on and executing complex fund finance transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Established network across financial sponsors, lenders, institutional investors, and service providers.
  • Proven business origination capabilities with a strong commercial and advisory mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities with sound structuring experience.
  • Highly organised with strong execution discipline and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of operating effectively in a lean, growth-oriented platform.
Desirable
  • CFA, CAIA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience advising across a range of fund structures and financing products.
  • Fluency in a second European language.
